HOW CAN I TELL IF MY ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED?
Roofs should be replaced around the 20 to 25-year mark. By this time, important materials begin to fail. If you’re not sure of the age of your roof, there are a few signs it’s time for a replacement. Curled shingles, leaks, missing shingles, mold, internal water damage, dents, and bald spots are good indicators.
IF MY ROOF LEAKS DO I NEED A WHOLE NEW ROOF?
It depends on why your roof is leaking. Older roofs with multiple worn spots and missing shingles will likely need to be replaced. If you have a leak coming in from the chimney or a single missing shingle, a repair may work just fine. Our contractors will determine how much damage has been caused by the leak and then make recommendations.
HOW MUCH DOES A NEW ROOF COST?
This is a good question but it’s the equivalent of asking how much a vehicle costs. The variables involved are endless. Metal roofs, asphalt shingles, colors, styles, textures, designs, slats, and many other factors weigh into this calculation. Luckily, we offer free estimates for potential clients. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE A ROOF?
The amount of time it takes to replace a roof depends on a few different factors including how large the roof is, how many crew members will be conducting the replacement, and how experienced these crews are. On an average sized home, it should only take 1-2 days to get fully replaced, and the surrounding area to get cleaned up.

The owners came by personally to work with us and make sure we had what we needed,and answered every single one of our off the wall questions. THEY EVEN CAME THE NEXT DAY AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY!!! Their crew is amazing! They are absolute professionals, and they even stayed until 6:30 to make sure it was done before the torrential rain we were expecting the following day.
Plus, the house looks SO good with a fresh top on it! As a first time home owner, it seems like there's a constant learning curve with navigating *everything* that comes along with it, but I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. I simply cannot sing their praises enough!
